欧盟审查噻虫胺与噻虫嗪的最大残留限量

据欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，12月4日欧盟食品安全局审查噻虫胺（clothianidin）与噻虫嗪（thiamethoxam）的残留限量发布意见。

为了解两种农药在植物、加工商品、轮作农作物以及牲畜中的残留限量，EFSA审查了91/414/EEC号指令当中的结论、食品法典委员会限量以及成员国报告的欧盟许可。

在现有数据基础之上，得出残留限量提案并开展了消费者风险评估。最终由于相关数据不完善，部分拟定残留限量尚需进一步研究。

According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has reviewed the Maximum Residue Levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substances thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim. In order to assess the occurrence of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazimresidues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the import tolerances and European authorisations reported by Member States （incl. the supporting residues data）。 Based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out.
